I am trying to purchase a replacement paper tray for my printer because a piece broke off and will not allow me to print. My warranty has expired, and all this horrible company does is send me to the idiot virtual agent. What kind of company refuses to speak to customers because their warranty has expired? WTEF!!!!!!

If you are trying to purchase replacement part there is no need for customer service. You have HP parts store where you can find parts for printers, laptops, computers and a easy search.

Maybe if you provided your printer model someone could provide you a direct link to part you need.
