My printer wasn't printing Cyan ink at all - all cartridges full. Genuine HP cartridges via HP Instant Ink.
I have run several 'Clean Printheads' cycles and eventually they have begun to work. As I printed a normal page, cyan now no longer prints.
Any ideas?
I'm currently reinstalling the HP software on my mac in the hope that it could be a driver issue but unlikely as having the exact same problem printing from my wife's computer too.
Thanks,Result of 10+ clean printhead cycles

@AliCdog, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
If the issue persists while printing from 2 computers, this looks like an issue with the color ink cartridge.
