Hi, for months now, we have had problems with Cyan not printing well. It streaks or it isn't there at all. We've cleaned the printheads multiple times and recently replaced the ink. It worked well for a day or two and then started happening again. Attached is what is looks like.
Is there any good advice out there?
Thanks!
~Mike

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's print a print quality report:
-
Load plain white paper into the tray.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to scroll to Setup, and then touch the Setup icon
. The Setup menu displays.
-
Swipe the display to scroll to Reports, and then touch Reports.
-
Touch Print Quality Report. The printer prints the report.
Let me know if you see any cyan or how the cyan looks on this report.
Let's align the Printhead:
-
Load plain white paper into the tray.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to scroll to Setup, and then touch the Setup icon
. The Setup menu displays.
-
Swipe the display to scroll to Printer Maintenance, and then touch Printer Maintenance.
-
Touch Align Printhead.
-
After the printer prints the alignment page, touch OK, and then recycle or discard the alignment page.
-
Try to print.
