Periodically our D110a will be frozen. The message on the display only reads B8000C68. Holding the power button does nothing. The only way out is to unplug the power cord for ten seconds. After re-plugging the power cord the printer goes through the regular start up and works fine. Then a week or so later it will be displaying the same error code.
I have removed and cleaned the cartridges and reinstalled the HP software to no avail. Does anyone know what this error code means?
