Product: Officejet 4652
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Printer is stuck on 4x6 photo size. Every time I load and set it to plain paper, it resets to 4x6 photo and wont print. How do I get it to default and stay on plain 8 1/2 x 11paper?

Hi,

Open and close the paper tray and evaluate the shown prompt, from there you should be able to change the paper size and type for the printer.

I open the tray and put paper in. Close the tray and it says “Did you load photo paper, 4x6 in? NO YES”

I push NO and it says Main Tray, Paper Size: 4x6 in, Paper Type: Photo paper, and DONE on the bottom.

When I press on paper size or paper type it won’t open the options screens to select plain paper or letter size.
