My DJ2632 will not print. Ink levels are fine, reinstalled drivers, used all the HP tools to no effect. Any ideas greatly appreciated

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • Have you tried making a standalone copy and check if that works?
  • Do you have any blinking lights on the printer?
  • Which operating system do you use on your computer?
  • Have you tried printing different documents like Word, PDF or emails?

For now, let us try these steps: 

 

Step 1: Reset the printer

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

2. Wait at least 60 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

 

Step 2: Re-install the ink cartridges, check for any paper jams and if the print carriage moves freely.
