Welcome to HP support community.
Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?
Did you make a copy and check if that prints fine?
If the issue persists while coping also, follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to fix the issue:- Click here
I hope that helps.

Hi
Thanks for the advice, I uninstalled the app and downloaded the it again but I still have the same problem? I looked if there's anywhere to update it and can't find any updates for the app unless I'm being silly and missing something!?
Many thanks

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that helps.
