Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just bought this printer and have tried downloading the drivers from the web, but only about 50 MB downloads and then freezes.

Thanks for replying but after trying numerous times, I downloaded the HP print and scan doctor. It tried downloading the software and after the third attempt it worked. So the issue is sorted out.

Hello @avi33,

 

Welcome back to the HP Support Forums! 🙂 I see you are trying to download the software and drivers to install your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675. You are using the Windows 10 Operating system but the download freezes. 

 

Have you tried using another Web Browser and see if this makes a difference? 

 

Trying using the HP East Start and see if that makes any changes. Get started here: HP Easy Start for Windows Printer Utility Software
