Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My office jet 4650 all-in-one printer had a blue screen and now won't turn on. Disconnecting and reconnecting the power cable doesn't help. When I reconnect the power, the screen flashes white and then goes black.  Is there any way to fix this? Please note that I have already tried disconnecting and reconnecting the power cable at the wall and at the printer, and waiting 30 seconds. This does nothing.

This looks like a potential hardware issue.

 

We have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
