Product: HP ENVY Photo 6255 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Attach are PDFs for review.  Question: based on the files, should I update or fix my hp 6255.   There is sufficient ink.  The printer is 5 year old.  Is the a cart defect or printer defect!

Printer is fine, you need to replace both ink cartridges.
