I have a defective 62XL Tri-Color cartridge. It only prints Yellow -- it will not print Cyan or Magenta. I tried all troubleshooting methods with no results. I then bought another cartridge and it works perfectly. I would like a replacement. Thanks! Note that I can supply a scan of the Print Quality Diagnostic page to confirm my claim.
