Hello,
I bought several cartridges from hpshopping.com, and one (67XL black, exp.2025/09/14,#5845515198258833) is not printing. When I put the older one in it prints fine so the new cartridge is unfortunatelly defective. How do I get a replacement?
FYI: I do not have HP instant Ink, nor do I want it.
