Recently this printer had a paper jam which has been cleared successfully. After that it started taking undue delay to start printing after clicking the print button. Sometimes, it came up with carriage jam. Tried various remedies but no luck; finally, uninstalled and reinstalled and reset the printer but it still has following problems:
1. It takes 15/20 seconds to show up Now Printing after clicking print.
2. Thereafter it takes another two minutes or so for actual printing to start.
Can anyone come up with a solution?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
If the issue persists, let's restore the Printer's network settings:
Touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then select Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored.
Once done, connect the printer back to the Wi-Fi: 1. On the printer control panel, touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network. 2. Touch Wireless, touch Wireless Setup Wizard, and then touch OK. 3. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
Let me know if this helps.
