I recently tried to print a pdf. As it was printing, the adapter to my computer was pulled out and the printing job stopped halfway through.
Since then, an "error" is listed on my printer and it won't allow me to print. I have tried to delete the printing job above, and it says "deleting" under the STATUS column, however it has not deleted. Other print jobs were deleted immediately. How can I remove this print job so that my printer is working again. Thanks!

Print jobs that can't be deleted is an ongoing issue over the last 10 years, with a variety of printers. I have tried different fixes, assessed printer through spool file, etc., and usually have to reboot computer to delete job. I don't know why I continue to buy HP printers. The support is terrible and problems like this are proof that HP is staffed by lazy and/or stupid people.

I downloaded and used several times printer doctor application. still can't delete. printer not printing, have rebooted 3 times. this problem keeps getting worse. HP is a bunch of mentally challenged incompetents......can't fix a problem that has been around for years.
