I'm trying to delete prints from the print queue.

 

I'm finding that if there are 2 or more in the queue, it will delete all except one. Shows "deleting" in the status, but never disappears. Attempts to delete again fail.

 

Have rebooted several times, without success. Nothing else will print while it remains in the queue.

 

Can anyone help?

Problem solved. One point of note.

It says to click "Accept as Solution" to indicate that the proiblem is solved. That button didn't appear on my screen until I clicked on Reply and started this messge. Then, it appeared alongside Replu and Thumbs up.
