Good Afternoon, I have a dell wd19s docking station and I am trying to connect it to my HP laptop CP0xxx and it is not recognizing it.  Is there anything I can do to make this work.

Assuming this is connecting to a USB C (or Thunderbolt) connector. Do you get any acknowledgement beep when you connect it? Have you contacted Dell regarding any drivers or installation software that they may have for it?

Check near the USB Type-C port for a thunderbolt or lightning symbol (). This indicates that the port supports Thunderbolt, which allows connection to multiple monitors and high-speed data transfer. If there is no symbol, your laptop likely does not support multiple monitors through the USB-C port.
