Our printer - OFFICEjetPro 8600 Plus - out of warranty, but has worked great, shows in the window that the black ink cartridge is depleted. I have now changed the cartridge out with two new cartridges and still get the "depleted cartridge" notice and can't print. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This question will probably get more helpful answers in the Printing specific forum rather than this Working from Home board. I've asked the moderator to move your post so it gets more attention there.
