desk jet 2632
iOS 12 - 12.0.1

My Deskjet 2632 isnt feeding the paper properly. We bought it on the 17th of February so its literally just out of warranty. At first he paper seemed to go down one of the runners but not the other, then it just states its out of paper. You cannot clean it or align it without paper being in it so i cant do that. I probably print less than 20 sheets a month at the most so im a little annoyed with it. Any ideas? P.S paper light is just flashing, wifi is just flashing and 'i' light is on constantly.

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!

Most of the paper feed issues can be resolved by power resetting the printer and cleaning the paper feed rollers. Let's try these steps:

1) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector

2) Remove all of your ink cartridges from the printer and close the door

3) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)

4) Clean the paper feed rollers, refer to step 2 from this document.

5) Plug the power cord back into the printer

6) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the ink cartridges.

Let me know how it goes!
