DeskJet 2622 not printing color

I just bought and set up my DeskJet 2622 and I can’t get it to print in color. The test sheets came out perfectly colorful. I’ve tried several programs and it just prints in black and white.  My Clapton screen shows the image in color, the black and button is off, and it won’t print in color. Anyone have any ideas?  Thank you!

I am also having this same issue and you’re not alone. I’ve only had the printer a week and only printed 1 thing in color. Then all of a sudden the option to choose color or black and white disappeared from all apps not just through the HP smart app. Like dropbox, google, emails, files. I was able to duplicate the issue on all of my Apple products (iPad Pro and 2 iPhone XR) yet when I printed from my surface pro 4 everything printed fine. HP claimed it was an Apple issue but I’m not convinced since the option for color is gone in their own HP smart app. Apple is looking into it now but they don’t think it’s anything on their end of course. And yes all software is up to date on all devices and printer. I hope we get some answers from HP here soon!

 There aren't alot of paper options on the iPhone's print menu. Color or B&W, no plain paper, photo paper choices. HP does have HP ePrint Enterprise app, which may open some features for you. I'm looking for a printing app that lets me choose paper types, weights, fit page... Something like the Print Dialouge screen that lets you choose options on a computer.  If I find some app that opens those options I'll post here again.
