I have a newer HP DeskJet 2652 that suddenly started displaying the error message pictured here. I've gone through the "paper jam" steps multiple times. I've tried to connect the printer to my computer via USB but the computer no longer recognizes the printer. I've rebooted both the printer and my computer. I bought a USB cord and the printer still will not connect to my computer. If I shut the printer off, the flashing lights come back on within seconds.
I am still under warranty. At this point, I would like a refund.

@LexMurphy, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I understand you have issues with blinking lights on the printer. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP DeskJet 2600 Printers - Blinking Lights and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!
