I have the DeskJet 2652, just recently replaced the ink cartridges correctly, but now the color alert light, the Resume light, and the Info light are all on, and it won't power up. I've tried several suggested steps, but nothing works. Social support agents won't respond. Any other ideas?

Hi @JonGress
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand the printer is not powering on. I'd be happy to assist you.
Are the lights on the printer ON when the printer is not connected to a power outlet?
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve power issues on the printer.
