I have been having some printing issues with my printer, I have performed printhead cleanings, alignments, resetting the spool services, resetting the printer. At first the print jobs were getting stuck in the queue, so I restarted the spooling service, that seemed to fix that problem. but the big problem here is that the prints are coming out shifted. In the test prints the color blocks shift they are not printing straight and get blurry, in the next section of straight lines there is like a small double line in each of them. I have printed out an alignment page but even that print isn't aligned the squares are all shifted as well. I am not getting any error messages on my desktop, and the alignment messages say succesful. Has anyone had this issue?WIN_20190121_13_47_00_Pro.jpgWIN_20190121_13_48_36_Pro.jpg

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there seems to be an issue with the print quality.

Appreciate you trying the steps. I'm afraid this indicates a hardware issue as the Print Quality Report shows defect as well.

Please reach out to the Phone Support Team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
