My DeskJet 3752 was automatically connected wirelessly to my new HP Laptop. All was working well - then I got printer offline message. First let me say that I am 71 and basically still expect smoke to come out of the computer if I hit the wrong key. However I tried stuff - removed the printer from the computer, did all of the unplugging, replugging…… and finally received this "unexpexpected configuration problem 0x800706ba"
I don't know if my printer is connected to the computer or not. All I can say is that the printer light is on and the wireless light is steady. I hope you can help me as I am about to go out and buy a new printer - I'm not even sure anymore if that would work. Thanks in advance!
