Hi all,

 

My 2540 isn't copying or printing. Paper will be pulled through as if printing is happening, but comes out blank. The ink indicators aren't showing anything either. Tried resetting etc. to no avail. Any ideas as to what's wrong and how to fix it gratefully received!

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know if that prints

 

  1. Load clean, white U.S. Letter or A4 paper in the input tray, if necessary.

  2. Touch and hold the Power button (), and then press the Cancel button ().

  3. Let go of the Cancel button and then the Power button. The test page prints.
