Deskjet 2542
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Deskjet 2542.  Firmware: CBP1FN1333AR.  Windows 10.  Every time I print from Windows, a popup error dialog is displayed with "Ink Cartridge Carriage Stalled".  On the printer, all three diagnostic lights illuminate, indicating a stalled carriage.  When I dismiss the Windows error dialog by pressing the "OK" button, the diagnostic error lights on the printer turn off and the job continues and prints successfully.  Printing a test page by holding down the printer's Power and X buttons exhibits similar carriage stall behavior, so I don't think it is driver issue.  I have tried all of the recommended resolutions in  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Nys74ptIPk.  Wondering if there is a firmware update.
