Product: Hp deskjet 2547
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and older

My printer has worked perfectly fine. I have new ink cartridges in, the printer pulls the paper through and does everything as if it was printing but once the paper rolls out it has no ink on it. Whether I use my laptop plugged in or with WiFi or even my phone.

A warm welcome to HP Community! I'd like to help.

Could you print a print quality test report and let me know if it prints. In order to print the report:

1.) Touch and hold the Power button (), and then press the Cancel button ().

2.) Let go of the Cancel button and then the Power button. The test page prints.
