Product: HP Deskjet 2548 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Help!! I'm a teacher and desperately need to print things for my classroom (the school does not allow us to print in color)! My Deskjet 2548 suddenly  will not print the top half inch of any print job. I've tried items from Google Slides and Docs, Powerpoint, Adobe, and Microsoft Word. I've tried cleaning and realigning the cartridges. I've tried adjusting the print settings to default, fit to printable area, and fit to page.
