I have just replaced the colour cartridge in my printer and now it won't print - the i button is illuminated and the instant ink  light is blinking. Is this a subscription issue? Thanks

Hi! @Daisy37,

 

Have you tried checking with a different ink cartridge?

 

Please share us a screenshot of the blinking lights on the printer to assist you better.

 

Replace low, empty or faulty ink cartridges on the printer.

 

Clean the ink cartridge contacts

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are correctly installed

 

Try the steps recommended below.

 

Perform a power reset.


Press the Power () button to turn on the product.
Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet, and then wait 30 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
Press the Power () button to turn on the product.

 

Clear any paper jam on your printer.

 

Remove any loose sheets of paper from the input tray and the output tray.
   CAUTION:
Do not remove jammed paper at this stage. Trying to clear jammed paper from the front of the product can damage the print mechanism.
