Hello, I have a HP Deskjet 2630. It was working fine but recently we had our wifi router changed. Since then I can't get it to work and the printer on/off power button flashes constantly. No other buttons seem to do anything e.g. wifi and cancel button. My pc tells me the printer is offline. Help please.

@Henri74, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Since the wireless router was changed, you have to reset the wireless settings on the printer. Let us try these steps:
Cancel any documents that are in the print queue
On the PC, go to Devices and printers > Right-click on the printer > See What's printing > Delete/Cancel all
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Press and hold the Wireless and the cancel button (X) for 3 seconds and release it to restore the network settings to defaults on the printer.
Use WPS to connect the printer to your wireless network.
-
Locate the WPS button on your router, but do not press it yet.
If your router does not support WPS, skip to the next step to connect the printer with the HP Smart app.
-
Turn on the printer. If the printer is in sleep mode, press the Cancel button on the control panel.
-
On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button
for at least 3 seconds or until the wireless light starts to flash.
-
On the router, press and hold the WPS button for 3 to 5 seconds or until it shows that the WPS connection process has started.
NOTE: The printer stops searching for a WPS connection two minutes after the wireless button is pressed. If you were unable to press the WPS button within that timeframe, attempt these steps again.
Once the printer connects to the wireless network, the blue Wireless light on the control panel turns on solid.
Try printing.
Let me know how this goes.

Hi Kumar,
Thank you for the assistance.
I have tried your instructions and regretably these have not worked.
I am not even seeing my printer installed now.
The blue light remains flashing (power button). When I press the wifi button it only flashed 5 or six times then stops.
Regards
Henry

That's unfortunate. Refer to this document for more info on blinking lights on the printer. If the power button is blinking, it means there is a print job in the queue or could be an error in the printer.
Try making a copy on the printer and check if that works.
If the printer is not connected to any wireless network, the blue wireless light will blink. It becomes steady once it is connected.
If you are not able to connect the printer wirelessly using WPS method, you may use a USB cable and then convert it to wireless.
Refer to this document to know how.
Keep me posted.
