Deskjet 2630 wont print anything

I seem to have developed an unusual problem when trying to print with my HP deskjet 2630.
I have recently changed the ink cartridges but havent been able to print anything since with the new or old cartridges other than an the initial alignment page.
Ive tried printing different documents through different programs and with both my laptop and phone but i either get a blank page printed or i get an error message saying the cartridges need aligning or printheads need cleaning. Ive tried aligning and cleaning the cartridges but that hasnt helped.

 i was able to scan the alignment page that i did manage to initially print before this all started but got another blank page when trying to print it

Can anyone suggest anything please as i seem to be going round in circles
