I have read the posts in the forum tried the soloutions but nothing! I have only used this printer a couple of times and now with the children off school due to covid-19 could really do with printing out worksheets to keep them busy.

Does anyone have any other soloutions?

Do you have adequate amount of ink left in all the cartridges?

 

To assist you better please let me know the OS installed on your computer

 

Also let me know if you are able to make Photocopies
