Hello,
I have a HP DeskJet 2635. I recently got notified that both of my ink cartridges were empty (flashing orange light + cartridge level on screen flashing showing empty), which seemed weird as I just replaced them a couple months back. I ended up replacing both cartridges, and the lights stayed on. I tried resetting my printer, ensuring firmware was up to date, cleaning cartridges (per HP instructions) and I am at a loss. Any suggestions?

I understand you are not able to print as the printer is not recognizing the new ink cartridges.
Are you using HP compatible ink cartridges?
