I am experiencing my printer indicators flashing - the on/off button, the paper indicator and the two ink cartridge indicators. I recently re-installed the printer's driver. It worked for several days until a paper jam occurred. Since the jam, only one paper has printed. I have tried the print doctor and have unplugged both the computer and printer numerous times to no avail.

Welcome to HP support community.

Clear the jam from the front of the printer

  1. Open the front access door.

  2. Carefully remove any jammed paper and bits of torn paper from the rollers inside the product. Use both hands to pull whole sheets of paper to avoid tearing them.

    NOTE:

Use a flashlight to thoroughly check the rollers and wheels for torn pieces of paper. If any torn pieces of paper remain inside the product, more jams are likely to occur.

  3. Close the front access door.

  4. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.

  5. Press the Power button () to turn on the product.
