It's less than 1 year old, and will feed the paper only half way. I've tried cleaning the rollers, and even reinstalled the software off the disc. Nothing has worked.

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Deskjet 3632 Printer. I understand that it does not feed the paper properly and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.
However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,
- When did this issue start?
- Did you do any hardware or software changes?
Meanwhile:
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer.
Click here and perform the steps mentioned in the HP document to fix this issue.
(Note: Though the title of the document is different, these steps should fix the issue)

• Example: HP Pavilion DV2-1209AX or HP Deskjet 3000 Printer CH393A
2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
