Was printing a document, and suddenly the last page just looked like a smeared printing. The print cartridges are new - maybe printed 4 or 5 pages. It now does not recognize the print cartridges - "does not communicate" and "HP protected cartridge installed" on the black ink. I have removed and reinserted the cartridges. I have reset the printer. I have reset the computer. Nothing changes. Help!
