The printer was working fine until it stopped printing in the middle of a document. The Web services light is flashing red and there is an envelope flashing on the printer screen. I use a USB connection. Print doctor cleared the queqe but wasn't able to give me an idea about the issue at all as no test pages printed. There is still a good amount of ink in the cartridges. I wasn't able to find a solution anywhere. Can you help?

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, the web-services light is flashing amber.

Don’t worry, I’m here to help! To better assist you - Are you enrolled in the Instant Ink plan? If yes, please log in to your Instant Ink account and click on the "Notifications" option to know more.

You may also try pressing the Information button twice to resume printing.

Hope this helps!

Let me know how that goes.
