Product: HP Deskjet 3755
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Deskjet 3755 is no longer allowing me to print. It had been previously installed and used for about a year without issue. All of the sudden it shows as a scanner but not as a printer. It says the drivers are not available. I have tried reinstalling, I've used the Scan and Print Doctor and every other troubleshooting option I can find. Through the HP smart software it shows as online but my computer just will not see it as a printer. Everything seems to be fine except my PC is not recognizing the drivers.
