My Deskjet 3755 does not print magenta or light magenta on the print quality diagnostics page. The paper type is correct and I've cleaned the cartridges several times. Also, when I print a picture, it has a kind of green tint to it. Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand, your printer does not print magenta color,
No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
When was the last time it worked fine?
Were there any hardware/software changes made?
Have you tried changing the ink cartridges?
How is the photocopy quality?
Let's try these steps to resolve the issue. Click the link: https://hp.care/2GBgAU8
Step 1: Use genuine HP ink cartridges
Step 3: Make sure you are using the appropriate paper for your print job
Step 5: Check the estimated ink levels
Step 6: Replace any low or empty ink cartridges
Step 7: Align the ink cartridges
Step 8: Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page
Step 10: Clean the ink cartridges
Step 12: Align the printer
Step 13: Manually clean the area around the ink nozzles
Step 14: Replace the problem ink cartridge
Let me know how this goes,
For I shall follow-up on this case to ensure the concern has been addressed,
And your device is up and running again,
Have a great day 🙂
Cheers 🙂

I hasn't worked fine since I got it. I got it for Christmas last year. I just downloaded all the drivers and software updates the day I posted this. The ink cartridges are the ones that came with it. And I haven't photocopied anything with it yet.
