Had the printer for about a month and not had any issues until Friday
Suddenly, it has just stopped printing except test prints. All our devices are able to connect to the printer, all of them are able to send things to be printed, but the jobs show as printing, the printer starts to make some noises and then the job disappears from the print list.
As mentioned, I can print internal test prints, including triggering this from the HP Print and Scan Doctor software, but the software detects there is a error but no errors showing on the printer and the software is unable to tell us what the error is.
We have factory reset the printer which is still giving us the same issue and have tested this on two different internet connections and multiple different devices. All software is fully up to date.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did you make any changes to your printer?
- What's the application you are trying to print from?
- Are you able to make copies from the printer?
- What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)?
- Have you tried disconnecting all connected devices and printing from just one device?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, and press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
