Product: HP Deskjet F4440 All-in-One Printer

I have an HO DESKJET f4440 and the roller to grab the paper is not turning. I tried cleaning it. Still doesn’t work! Any suggestions??

I understand that your printer is not picking up paper, I am glad to assist you.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the issue still persists, this might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
