My computer was printing perfectly until a recent Windows 10 update.
Now I get an error message indicating the driver for my HP Officejet 100 Mobile L411 (CN551A) is not installed. When I go to the HP site, it is ready to load the entire printer suite (I don't want the suite, only the driver). It states that if I want only the driver, look for "Basic Printer Driver."
When I search for the "Basic Printer Driver," It doesn't list my product. Then I see a page for "Universal Printer Driver."
So, what do I install? What is the difference between the "Basic Printer Driver" for my product and the "Universal Printer Driver" ?

The basic printer driver is only drivers. No additional utilities and similar software are included, a driver only so you can use the printer.
The universal print driver is made so you can use ( install) several similar HP printers with the same driver ( universal) you don't need to install 5 drivers if you have 5 printers. Of course, one universal print driver will not cover all printers, they can cover the only segment of printers. You cant make one universal print driver work with laserjet and inkjet printer.
You don't have many options for your printer, you can choose only the entire suite to download and install.
