Help! Confused! I have a HP Deskjet 3634. When I ordered this printer online I ordered a Hp Deskjet 3630 When I picked up Printer it was a Deskjet 3634. I contacted HP why I was sent a different printer. Response "They are the same. No Worries?? Well Yes I have been having issues ever since Especially on HP Website (Support)  3634 is registered as my printer but when I attempt to do any updates, changes or anything HP sends me to download . Stating click here or "Let's find your Printer the 3630 comes up. Showing "Cannot locate your printer" or it is "Offline"  then it will show 3630 installed . Anything I try to do the printers get switched around continuously. There is no colors to my printer. It is a basic "Light Beige Color". Some help Please..

Deskjet 3630 is the series of several models, they are all the same differences is in colour.

 

You can get Deskjet 363x in red, blue, grey, yellow, green that's the main difference, they all use Deskjet 3630 drivers and support.
