Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have a OfficeJet 3830 that one our users prints via Direct Wi-Fi print.  Every time we print it give a message saying HP Instant Ink Connect printer to update HP instant Ink Status.  This printer is NOT connected to the wireless network, nor can it be.  We do not allow devices like this on our network.  is there anyway to disable this message?  I have tried disabling Web Services, it still shows the error.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print.

To assist you better, is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

Are you using Instant Ink cartridges in the printer?

Restart the router, the printer, and the PC

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

Keep me posted.

If this helps, please mark the public post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

You literally did not even read the question.

So let's try again:
