I purchased a Tango X printer 1 year and 1 wk ago. Now the printer will only print one page at a time and then an error light shows up. I tried to contact HP, but only get their worthless virtual automated help that does nothing to address my problem. I have looked everywhere to find a phone number for help, but can not find it. I have deleted and reinstalled the printer, but still have the same problem. I would love to have a REAL PERSON to talk with who could help me. I now feel totally ripped off that my printer quit working after 1 yr and 1 week and no one at HP can help me. HP obviously does not care about their customers if they do not offer a customer service phone number!! With no in person contact available, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER TO ANYONE!! It sucks and is a piece of junk! I would love to know if anyone else has had this or a similar problem.
