Display shows "Load plain white paper into Main Tray and press OK." but printer has paper in main tray, so when I press OK. it just pushes a plain sheet through and out, and then prompts me to do the same thing, the only way I can get the display back to the Home screen is to Reset the printer, this is the only way I can print a "Printer Status Report", which shows the attached photo, I can print from my Computers via the Lan, Bluetooth or USB, I have had this Printer working about 3 Months ago fully with no problems, the Wireless Card had stopped working before this and I did track down a working one, so now this works again, it is just the Error that is stopping me from using the Copy / Fax / Photo Print side of this printer or any thing from the Control Panel, I am currently only using a XL Black ink Cartridge (not Photo Black or any other Colour). Thank you and Salutations Barry.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Let's remove the paper and perform a printer reset:
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle.
And, put back the paper and adjust them with the paper guides and check.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
