Im wondering if all hp inkjet printers come with a full volume ink cartridge with the printer?

AFAIK, all the current inkjet models come with setup cartridges that have similar page yields to standard cartridges.  For printers that use individual ink cartridges the setup cartridges may actually contain more ink than standard cartridges to allow for the amount needed to start up the printer.

 

Note, for most cartridges there are standard and XL versions available.  The XL cartridges typically have 2-3x the amount of ink as the standard or setup cartridges.
