Product: Officejet 6500A Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have tried to print a couple of Internet images from two computers wireless to my HP6500A printer. Item appears in the queue but doesn't print. Have read a suggestion that I unplug the printer for 60 minutes and then restart. That wasn't effective. I have printed an email message with no problem. Why won't the images print out from either computer? Thanks very much.

It could be an issue with the web browser. Try a different web browser or website and let us know.
