After I print a document, the print que shows that still printing, when i try to print a new one gets stuck waiting for the prior print job to finish printing, but never does. I have trying to go to the folder of the spool and emty the que from there and no luck, I have downloaded the PrintDoctor that HP suggested and no luck, Updated the firmware, restarted the PC, uninstalled the drivers and software and nothing. Is there a solution for this problem, or do i have to trash this printer? Its driving me crazy...!

My 8500A stops printing and when I run the scan & print utility, it finds a printer queue problem and it fixes the problem -- until it happens again. This has kept happening for months. I have deleted the printer and reloaded it but that hasn't helped. It is being used as a wired printer (not wireless). Please help!!!
