I tried to send documents to my home printer while I was away. Tyically, the next time I log into my computer at home and connect to my home printer, the documents print. Today, when I conneted to my home printer, the documents were stuck in the print queue. The error message is included below ..
Status Error - Offline 21 documents waiting
Type HP Officejet Class Driver
Where
WSD - (with a bunch of numbers)
Comment: This is a web services printer
I am hopin to print these documents as opposed to deleting them. Any suggestions on how to get the documents "unstuck" and print them?
Your words of wisdom are anxiously awaited.

Hi,
Welcome to HP Support Forum. I think you need to remove the queue. For Windows, please try:
hold down the Windows key and press R.
from the Run window, type services.msc and hit enter.
if the machine asks for Admin you have to accept this,
look down to the print spooler service, right click it and select properties
click on the Stop button,
browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers or C:\Windows\System\Spool\printers (this may be hidden)
delete the job inside this folder
reboot the machine
Regards.
