I am trying with this printer for a bit more than a year now. I was dumb having waited so long and my warranty expired but never had problems with my previous HP printer, This one is horrible! All the time the print quality is poor and requires cleaning printheads with 2 to 3 attempts every time i have to print something. My impression is that most os my pages used with the instant ink is related to test quality printing after cleaning printheads. I am really tired and with the impression I bought the worst of the HP printers. Tried to make a complaint to HP Customer service but got no response, which is even more disappointing. Found another person that is also regretting this choice. It is only us or this printer is really bad? I wonder why HP hasn't taken any action. I tried a second time for an answer whether it is possible to exchange or return. Maybe next step is move to Epson.
